Pork Schnitzel

Pork cutlet coated in breadcrumbs and fried for a delicious meal.

Cut the pork tenderloin in half. Place plastic on top of each piece and pound. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then set aside.


Add the bread crumbs to a dish and add a mixture of eggs and oil to another. Dip the cutlets in the egg mixture, followed by the Panko. Let them sit.


Fry the cutlets on each side and let cool.
