Ham and Cheese

These ham and cheese puff pastry squares are perfect for a lunch, dinner, or a party.

Roll out the puff pastry dough. Brush the mustard all over the surface. Place the ham slices on one side, then sprinkle with cheese.


Fold the other half of the pastry on top of the ham and cheese, then crimp the edges. Move the pastry to a baking sheet and brush the surface with beaten egg yolk.


Bake and let cool before slicing and serving.
