Skillet White Chicken

White lasagna in a skillet, but with a white sauce and ground chicken. Serves two.

Start by cooking the chicken in olive oil. When it's almost done, add the diced onion, dried basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Then, sprinkle the flour and cook while stirring.

Pour in the milk and water, then stir.

Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook.

Stir in the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Serve with fresh basil and additional Parmesan.
